Our online learning platform provides members with access to high-quality training and educational resources to build their skills anytime, anywhere. Members can learn at their own pace through on-demand courses, revisit important topics with webinar replays, and engage directly with experts and instructors through live virtual training events. Designed to meet the needs of our union today, our platform helps members to strengthen their skills, stay informed, access resources to empower them as activists in the labor movement.

TRAINING CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS
CONTRACT ENFORCEMENT
The gains we make at the bargaining table mean little without active contract enforcement. These workshops equip grievance handlers with essential skills to understand, apply, and defend their collective bargaining agreement. Learn how to identify violations, navigate grievance procedures effectively, and mobilize members to ensure the terms of your hard-won contract are upheld.
These workshops are essential for everyone with a role in the grievance procedure at a worksite, including stewards, chairpersons, and officers.
BUILDING OUR UNION
The building blocks of our union are presented here. Learn the foundations of how our union works, the fights we engage in, and the roles we all play to effectively build our movement.
Targeting all levels of union awareness, these workshops will meet the foundational needs of every member.

- Bargaining Strong Contracts: Courses designed for local union bargaining committees to develop their skills and learn strategies to prepare the members at their locals for collective bargaining
- Standing Together: Active standing committees are central to meeting the needs of our membership. Courses in this category will help local union standing committees reach their full potential.
- Leading for Change: These workshops develop a range of skills to support effective ledership in our growing union.
- Running Effective Local Unions: Workshops in this category offer role-specific training for local union officers to learn how to effectively carry out the responsibilities of their elected positions.
